What Sparks Me
Why This Experience Matters
Working at Amplitude Studios wasn’t just about office management.
It was about understanding the heartbeat of a dynamic, creative team of 180+.
I experienced the studio’s ownership change from SEGA back to its founders.
A rare, intense moment of transformation that taught me the real meaning of adaptability and trust.
Being at the heart of these challenges taught me that leadership means not just managing workflows, but being a reassuring presence, a careful listener, and a tireless enabler.
I discovered how vital it is to keep people focused and motivated when external forces might otherwise erode trust and energy.

Overcoming Challenges
Challenge 1: Juggling daily office needs & people’s comfort
How I Tackled It:
Took charge of office logistics, from minor repairs to room setup, ensuring everyone could focus on their work.
Acted as a go-to person for any concerns, big or small — showing that no task is too minor to deserve attention.
What I Achieved:
Built trust and confidence in the team, creating a safe, supportive and reliable environment.
Smooth daily operations and positive feedback from colleagues.
Challenge n°2 : Managing internal events on a tight budget
Solutions
Planned and delivered weekly gatherings (some with no budget at all) to keep spirits high and foster creative exchange.
Organized the major Summer Party for 160+ people, managing budget and logistics independently.
Achievements
Became a “bridge” across departments, creating human connections beyond formal roles.
Proof: Photos, plans, and the event’s lively success.
Challenge n°3 : Supporting the ownership transition
Solutions
Coordinated travel and logistics for SEGA reps and helped manage the team’s questions and concerns.
Help to create a calm, friendly atmosphere during big announcements (pizza party, casual Q&As).
Achievements
Helped the team stay focused and supported through an uncertain time.
Proof: Smooth handover environment and positive morale.
Challenge n°4 : Fueling my producer mindset in the shadows
Solutions
Observed sprint reviews and chatted with Associate Producers and the Head of Production.
Learned how they balanced creative ambition with practical needs — an approach I carry with me.
Engaged in 1:1s with Associate Producers and the Head of Production to understand real-world production challenges.
Achievements
Gained real-world insights into production management.
Left with an inner fire: A readiness to take on production roles with empathy and sharpness.
Proof: My notes and takeaways from those discussions.
