Methods & Mindset

Listening to unlock team potential.

Listening to unlock team potential.

Here’s how I approach production challenges and support teams,
always focusing on listening, adapting, and enabling everyone to do their best work,
whether in a volunteer jam or a studio environment.

Clarity

I start by listening and understanding – not just the tasks, but the people.
I turn team needs and creative ideas into clear, actionable steps that everyone can get behind.

Momentum

I believe momentum is about supporting the team and removing blockers.
I’m always looking ahead to keep things moving – even in a fast-paced jam or a shifting studio environment.

Reliability

I earn trust by being there: reliable in daily ops, proactive on challenges, and resilient in tough times.
I believe even small tasks (like fixing a broken mic or reorganizing a room) are proof of care – and that care builds a stable foundation for everyone else.

Structure

I love to find the right process for each team, balancing daily tasks with long-term milestones.
Sometimes that’s Scrum, sometimes Kanban – I adapt to the project’s rhythm while always keeping the big picture in mind.

Alignment

I make sure every voice is heard and every need is acknowledged.
I see myself as the link between ideas and execution – making sure everyone’s rowing in the same direction.

Adaptability

I’m not afraid to learn fast, switch gears, or change course when needed.
Because what matters most is supporting the team’s energy and keeping the project on track.

Technical Awareness & Growth

I don’t just coordinate – I dive in to understand the technical limits and the real-world needs.
I’m constantly refining my ability to spot bottlenecks and measure progress, using metrics like velocity, burndown and post-mortem feedback.

Why It Matters

I’m here to bridge creative vision to reality. To turn scattered ideas into clear roadmaps and help teams deliver what they’re proud of.
Because when people feel understood and supported, they build worlds that players remember.
